Hi everybody!

I am little confused about this affidavit of support I-134 form. I am 2015 DV winner and I have a relative in US who is willing to fill in the form for me.

My confusions are:

1.Do I have to ask my relative to fill in the form twice that is two forms, one for me and one for my husband, or we do we just have to submit one AOS I-134 form since I am the winner and my husband is my dependent.

2. Do we still require the bank statement or the paper of our property even after having the AOS -I 134 form?

Thank you in advance, any help would be appreciated!

DV visas do not require necessarily an affidavit of support, But still some embassies are requesting it like what happened to me.

Any way...

- your relative will file only one form for both of you.

- it is recommended to carry the bank statement with you to make the process looks perfect.

Good luck...
