question on i-134

I just recently got a 2nd job couple month ago. where do I state my second job at on the I-134, and will it effect me if I didn't put it on the I-129f cause I was not hired at my 2nd job. Any help be nice

another question do I add up the income of my 2nd job too with my 2014 income as ytd even if I just started my 2nd job this year on gross income or do I leave it out. and if I am paying a little bit of child support do I have to add my child even if they do not live with me and do if I do. Do I have to put partially support or wholly. Thanks

On the I-134, you will put your CURRENT income from BOTH jobs. List your 2 jobs on a separate sheet of paper, with the annual income from each, and on the actual I-134 you will put the combined income. In the space where it asks for your company name, simply write: SEE ATTACHMENT: SUPPLEMENT TO I-134.

YES you most definitely need to list your children on the I-134. Your children are considered a part of your household size...whether or not they live with you, and whether or not you are paying child support. Children are WHOLLY supported.

I will try to make this clear.

First, you will write an attachment. On this attachment you will write:

I derive a combined annual salary from both jobs of $33,000

Second, you will fill out the I-134, question 7 like this:

On question 7, in the blank where it asks for Type of Business, you write: SEE ATTACHMENT: I-134 SUPPLEMENT

On the line that says: I derive an annual income of: You will write the combined annual salary (from the example supplement sheet above, it would be $33,000).

Leave ALL OTHER BLANKS EMPTY on question 7.

I hope this makes it more clear. Be sure to include an employment letter from both jobs and a few paystubs from both as well.

Just to be accurate here...

If you quit one job and started another job,

then you would simply list the current job and current annual salary.

If you are concurrently working 2 jobs right now, then do as mentioned above.

That is helpful the part I am stuck on is that I don't know the annual salary of my 2nd job. can I make a rough estimate, and I did ask the HR at the work place and she told me she is not allow to give me any of my information or sign anything. She just told me to get it from this website call the work number which give no information on annual salary but just a hourly pay and that I work there. Since it is part time I chose a mid hours paycheck and roughly add it up by weekly, then times to make it yearly. Is that okay?

Yes, get a rough estimate. If paystub #11 is for $500 and paystub #2 is for $400, just use $450 to estimate your annual salary. As long as you have evidence to back up your annual salary estimate, you should be fine.

If you know...

1) your current hourly pay rate

2) average working hours per week

3) then you should be able to calculate the annual salary

Just remember that they may ask for proof of this income

(pay stubs, deposit records, letter of employment, W2/tax filing, etc.)

either now, or during next stage of green card processing,

so be conservatively accurate.

BTW, was this second job needed to meet 125% poverty limit?

Then you write your salary as such: hourly rate X average number of hours worked per week X 52.

For example, if you make $10 an hour and work on average 15 hours a week, your estimated annual salary is: 10 X 15 X 52 = $7800. This is just an example, but you can follow this same method to derive your own estimated annual income.

It is not necessary to have an employment letter. Include a few paystubs, which will have your hourly pay and hours worked, as evidence of your annual salary.

To oneness the 2nd is just in case cause I don't know if there gonna say something or not. I made 42300 last year aND with 3 kids I pay child support even though they don't live with me. I wanted to be on the safe side, and with just being short 200 hundred I am scare they might say something so with this 2nd job I am up between making 70k to 60k yearly. Hoping that is enough.
