My mind is soooo somewhere else these days I read a lot of things incorrectly. Just today I was reading a box of flower seeds that said...Wild Annual Flowers and I read it Wild Animal Flowers!!!

I thought the same thing. Must be something in the west coast air! Where are the rest of the Calif girls? I beleive I'm the only one in WA (besides Fouad who doesn't hang out here much).

Funny about the messengers comment....that's because you girls are dreaming of the hubbies and still seeing flying hearts in the air lololol - me too that's why i can't sleep.

Didn't even see this Saturday thread until I posted in the other one and then went down the list. I should know by now to look for 2 daily threads. heeeeeeeeeeheeeeeeeeeeeee, I kinda thought the same thing when i saw it . . . and I've been seeing previews for this silly movie on TV for awhile.

I went to see "Children of Men" on Thursday after work . . . since we couldn't get a flight out on Thursday night, we decided a movie in Ohio would fit the bill, hehe, i don't think anyone else in Columbus area thought the same thing . . . practically had the theatre to ourselves. Have you ever noticed . . . if there is hardly anyone in the theatre . . . that the only other ppl there will sit right in front of you??? AND talk!!!

It is HER SO that is coming today. Omar's flight hasn't even left the ground. He is coming Tues night. I'm staying busy shopping, cleaning, getting the invitations ready...all the stuff I have going over the next two weeks and now I find out I need mailing lists One for the shower, one for the wedding...I want a secretary!!

Jackie..4 cats?? Are they cute like the one in JP's photo? Might be a nice distraction for the next couple of days.

No cats for Jackie I have fish. A 29 gallon tank with a large platy and a Betta that recovered and is living a life of luxury in a beautiful bowl.

This is a pretty recognizable landmark outside a very well-known shopping mall here in San Antonio, and every time I pass, I think of this:

In the first weeks Mahmoud was here, he was driving around and got lost. He called me on my cell and I was trying to figure out exactly where he was, when he suddenly said "Oh. I see the big shoes. Do you know the big shoes ?" I laughed and said "Yes I know the big shoes." Made it easy to get him back on track.

Love your cat, JP -- I had that saved for some time... just waiting for the right time to drop it ! Perfect siggy...

Nice fish, Jackie -- he looks happy and healthy now I have a 55-gallon tank but it's empty right now -- it sprung a leak and I haven't gotten around to fixing it. Hope your foot is healed very soon, too !
