Does age difference creates problem in interview and what proofs are needed except given below?

At the time I was 41, and he was 30. We are different religions as well. We saw each other 4 times and traveled together, but the age was never brought up for us. The CO thought we were already married, and that was our potential problem. My then fiance interviewed in December of 2013 and was approved by February 2014.
