AOS bill payment

Is there anyone else in the same situation. I've paid the AOS bill March 5 but it still says in progress, I called them up they said that they've been having problems last few days and will have someone look into it..

I paid my AOS on the 6th and it got posted on the 11th but I called on the 11th and I was told the same thing that they have been having problem process payments for last few days and I should wait.

I've paid mine on the 6th as well and nothing. I've called and they told me to call next week.

Yep mine still says in process after 11 days

Same as well but It is on IV fee

I paid AOS fee and showed paid after 3 days

But IV fee I paid on 4-Mar-2015 and still shows IN PROCESS and I called NVC last week they told me to call next week if still no change.

But I don't know what is the reason,

I see alot of people here have same problem. I thought I am the only one. We should all of us call on Monday to find out

Oh, I have paid on 3rd March 2015 and still showing as "In Process" I do not know why they are taking so long, however, I have checked bank account, that they have already been debited on 04th March 2015.

Called at 7 am this morning and still had to wait 30 mins before I talked to someone, anyways they said they'll send it to their supervisor. Hopefully it'll get fixed soon..

It just showed PAID now for my IV fee after 13 days IN PROCESS

That means they fixed their problem

hopefully everyone will show PAID
