NVC phone lines down again??

In the last 4 days, was anyone able to call NVC and reach a rep? Even after I get a dial tone and get in the queue, the phone line just dies after their spanish intro. There is no hold dail tone anything.

this morning my husband got to talk to them, the trick is to call them at exactly 07:00 am EST

Started talking on skype: Mar 28th, 2012
Got married: Feb 4th, 2014 (L)
I-130 sent (F2A case type): Feb 20th, 2014
USCIS approval (California Service Center): Apr 8th, 2014
Case received by NVC: May 20th, 2014
My hubby got his citizenship: Sep 19th, 2014
Case upgrade request sent: Sep 21th, 2014
case upgraded to CR1: Nov 26th, 2014
AOS and IV packages sent: Dec 28th, 2014
Checklist (cuz of missing info in I-864): Feb 27th, 2015 :crying:
Expedition request sent: Mar 3rd, 2015
Expedition under review email received: Mar 7th, 2015 :clock:
Expedition request approved: Mar 10th, 2015
Email confirming our expedition request approval received: Mar 11th, 2015
case status updated to "in transit" at CEAC: Mar 13th, 2015
case status updated to "Ready" at CEAC: March 16th, 2015
medical exam: Mar 23rd, 2015
interview date(visa approved: Mar 25th, 2015
visa in hand: Apr 7th, 2015

I was calling them right now. My First 2 calls were like that it will hang up after the spanish intro.. Then i tried again, then i got in. Try and try.. Now im waiting for the customer service rep..

Its 830 am pst.

Using Hangouts (Google) on my laptop, I got through twice yesterday.... the first time I had one of my wee ones unplug my internet after 32 minutes on hold (nearly strangled her! lol) called right back and got through to the queue again, 35 minutes on hold and got through to a person.....

Met in the SCA - DRACO INVICTUS!  08-14-2014 Married in Ann Arbor, MI

USCIS.... DONE  in 150 day from NOA1 to NOA2 (TSC)

NVC... DONE  in 116 days from NOA2 to final CC

Final Steps... DONE in 350 days from NOA1 to POE
POE 08-11-2015 in Detroit, MI 

 

 

 

 

Removal of Conditions

07-11-2017 NOA1 date (rec'd on 14th)

08-03-2017 Daughter and I completed biometrics; May 2018 - I had to redo my biometrics (reason unknown)

WAC17283xxxxx....and we wait...400 days

07-13-2018 I-551 extension stamp (12 mths) obtained at USCIS office in Detroit

09-20-2018 Transferred to TSC

10-15-2018 Text notification "New Card Being Produced"   YAY!!
