I got the same sort of letter saying 3 very important documents were missing, had my lawyer call and said they were just misplaced but is all sorted and that there wouldn't be a delay.

Wow, that is a confusing letter. To me it looks like they were just asking you to bring the information to the interview, but I guess that wasn't the case based on your call to NVC?! Wish they would be more clear with their communication.

Are these 3 the only pages you received? When I got a checklist, it was 5 pages. The first 3 pages looked similar to what you have but it was on the 5th page that actual specific items were listed with "x"s by them that I needed to correct.

If you don't have another page like that, I would think this is a false checklist.

Also, did you send the supporting evidence for your assets to NVC? We are using assets only and we sent the supporting evidence along with the I-864 and we'll be bringing updated evidence (more recent bank statements) to the interview. So maybe they want you to send evidence of the assets?

Yep, those are the only 3 pages we received. Interesting that yours had a different format. We did send supporting evidence for assets along with the I-864 in our AOS package: brokerage and bank account statements, mortgage statements, deed, house appraisal, etc. Planning on bringing it all to the interview too (if that ever happens haha).

There should be one more letter with an interview date...but first call again NVC and check if it is really CC.

We are using just assets too and today we got CC, and on CEAC there are 3 N/A's.

Final update: I asked for a supervisor review, they found the police certificate, and I was notified by phone of CASE COMPLETE on March 20. YAS!!!!
