Strange dude....I got thos e-mails just after I got a notice that the MSC transfered my stuff to the CSC. Seems like you should be getting an NO2, not transfer notices.

I think probably there is something wrong with the database software, and you are probably getting processed and will get apprvals/denials soon. Just a guess of course, but there appears to be other people getting strange update notices.

Maybe call the good folks at USCIS to ensure everything is ok.

Ya....Hence the reason I am confused  .....It's not making and sense to me. I called UCSIS a couple of days ago and, of course, she couldn't tell me any more than what I already knew from the emails/updates...I hope my petitions didn't get lost in the shuffle and they're just now discovering that. If that is the case I hope they plan to expedite them.

That is strange - I got the exact same notices for the I-129F and I-130 but they were my NOA1's. After that I got touches but the status never changed until the NOA2 approval for the I-129F. Our I-130 hasn't been touched since 12/9 but we're not going to pursue the CR-1 anyway so no hurry there. :)

Hope you get your approval soon!!!!!
