My fIancee's K1 expires 2 months after it was issued, which is 3 months after she completed medical.

Medical and interview in January, Visa issued in February, Visa expires in April.

Your fiancee had a TB issue? That is a different story ;)

do i have get her to the usa and when she is in the usa how long i have to get married and do to file for a change of status on a k1 visa

I would not suggest to follow the guide here on VJ as it has a variety of misleading (bad) information in regards to process in the Philippines.

Best answer as to when to be IN the USA is; Look at the expiration date on the visa! Clear POE before that date!

You have 90 days from the date your fiancee cleared POE to get married, legal status will be the I-94 which will expire 90 days after the arrival date at POE. Your fiancee will be out of status if not married to you before that date. After marriage and the I-94 expires she will again be out of status if you have not filed AOS, but this not a major deal, many have went beyond the 90 without filing AOS.

Big plus to filing for AOS as soon as possible is getting the clock started on her legal permanent residences status ;)

How does that work VOL? To wait years?

What I'm reading here is that the "admit until date" on the I-94 is good for 90 days upon arrival at POE. How can we wait years beyond that date to change status?

If you wait years, which I DO NOT recommend, then during that time she is out of status because has no documents (GC) to show she is in the country legally. If she is "caught" she could very well be deported.

Why not go ahead and complete the AOS and stay legal.

Why are the visas to enter the USA valid for 2 months only for for those who complete DOT rather than the 6 months non-DOTers are given?

Don't exactly know, but that is how it is done. I would better there is some data on this somewhere.
