Hello Eddie, yes, your fiancee should attend a seminar before she leave for US.

In manila..first she have to attend a seminar at PRISM 2nd floor Equityable Bank Taft Avenue. Infront of De La Salle University.

She need to submit photocopy of her BC and NBI then pay for P250. There are 10am and 2pm schedule. It will only take 2 hours. After the seminar she will be given a yellow certificate and then they will go to CFO at Quirino Avenue to get another certificate. She need to photocopy that certificate from PRISMS and submit it to CFO Quirino. If she have visa already, they will attach a sticker to her passport and certificate. She will pay P400. She can do it in one day. The Phil immigration look for that on the day of her departure.

Good luck!

Hello..he can buy a one way ticket since he will be living for good with you in the US.

He can buy ticket online or some travel agency near his place.
