Hi Munafn,

Can you plz tell me what is exactly NOA1 and 2.

I have received to letters and emails from NVC.

One email and formal mail when case received. 2nd when case number assigned with a message to wait until visa will be available.

Is that NOA1 and NOA2...?

NOA 1 - usually consistent with you Priority date so this is probably around November.

NOA 2 - is the date the USCIS sent you a text/email/letter saying that your i130 application got approved

After that, can you share the date you received an email/letter from NVC saying that your case was received

Also share any other dates like when they gave you access to a case number etc.

I have called NVC 3 times from yesterday after hearing about Interview Scheduling for May for Aug PD. Every time NVC representative said your case is not available for Visa Interview they are working

I got both a long time before like May-14.

Let's see when we will receive welcome letter and invoises of AOS...

Hi folks,

Please, I want know if there are other August 2013 filers on this blog who did not receive IL yet?

By updating, we can determine the reason of late scheduling for other filers with August PD.

Hi I got one more question Plz advise me like after few week I have to be become US citizen than I need to upgrade my petition or not and how much time they will take to do that prosess my Wife PD is 12 sep2013 after citizens we to need to upgrade or up to me ?

Hi

As other said already no need to upgrade your petition because your PD is about to become current, and you do not know how much time your case will go through for further processing. Be on the safe side.

I did wait almost 2 years for my visa available to be able to send I-485.

A check of $1070 was cashed by USCIS Chicago on 06/08/2015

Biometrics Appointment on July 1st, 2015

EAD is approved on August 10th 2015 (73 days)

Got interview notice on March 30th 2016

USCIS received on April 11th 2016

Interview Scheduled on May 3rd 2016

Approved on the spot - Handed print out approval notice.

Thank you for asking, I kept checking the site no 3 N/A's yet I called NVC on 29th as at then it has not been reviewed, by next week I would call, hoping for a case complete soonest. They should be reviewing case soonest. Am not aware if cases are reviewed in the order they are received, some with same scan dates have been reviewed, hoping for the very best. I hope that your case will be completed soon in this April so that you are able to get your IL in 4th week of April or 1st week of May 2015.

Hi Try to call NVC because we have the same Scan date I received an email today that my case has been completed but when I check ceac still 2 N/As so I called NVC and rep told me that my case has been completed on April 1,2015..

March 27 2014 IIN# and Case #

Feb.20,2015 DS261

Feb.21,2015 AOS paid

Feb.28,2015 AOS documents and IV documents sent in one package

My interview experienced

Hi guys,my interview experienced at the US EMBASSY Manila Philippines
I arrived at the embassy around 3:30 am and I was number 11 on the line
Around 5:00 AM the guard let us in and there were 2 woman collecting the
documents :
1.DS260 confirmation page
2.Appoinment letter first page only
3.Passport
and then returned it to me with my passport inside the plastic and delivery
infromation sheet.You have to fill it out later for your visa delivery
Next I went inside for body and bag checking
Then I proceed to :
Step 1.finger print scanning and the woman asked me DS260 confirmation
page andAppoinment letter she wrote something on it and returned it to me
.And then she told me to go directly to step 2.
waiting time 2 minutes only before step 2
Step 2.Pre Screening Filipino consul.
He asked me the following documents because we only sent a xerox
copy to NVC.
:NSO Birth Certificate
:NSO Marriage Contract
:NBI
:CENOMAR/CEMAR
:Medical report
I submitted all those documnets
Questions
A.What is your Full name and Birth date?
B.Who is your petitioner?
C.When did you get married?
D.when was the last time he visited you.?
E.How did you know each other ?
F.Do you have a pictures together?
And that's all he then told me to go directly to step4 for final
interview and OATh taking.
waiting time before step 4 almost 2 hrs of sitting and waiting before the
consul called my # and I don't know why the're not using there screen to
show numbers.
Step 4. American Consul.( a woman and she was very nice.)
First I took oath after that she directly asked me a questions
Questions:
A.Your Full name and date of Birth?
B.who is your petitioner?
C.How long have you been married ?
D.Do you have kids?
E.what is your husband's job?
F.where does he work?
G.when did you get married?
H.how did you know each other?
I.what is his adress?
J.how many times he visited you ?
And that's all she said ( well everything looks good you may now go to step
5 for releasing.And then I said thak you very much!!!
Step 5: Releasing this time you will know if you have 221g.
1. woman asked me my ds260 confirmation page again
2. what is your full name and date of birth
and then she said alright everything is fine you may now go to 2go
counter for passport and visa pocket delivery.
2GO counter woman only asked me the delivery information sheet wherein you
have fill out all the details for delivery of your visa pocket.
And then I'm done around 9:30 am with a smile in my face and hungry
stomach,
All you have to do guys just be honest for every details everything will be
fine....
