My PD is August 5th ,2013 Please can someone help me! What are the next steps when i get the e-mail from NVC

I have called NVC 3 times from yesterday after hearing about Interview Scheduling for May for Aug PD. Every time NVC representative said your case is not available for Visa Interview they are working

There are too much challenge for September fillers, they filled when PD became current then got restrogess then now waiting for a long time to get their visa. If a big jump happens in June or July then there is no fair for Sept fillers at all, they were getting in line first but would have the same time processing with Oct, Nov and Dec fillers. They made the game that not fair at all. But I understand that that is how the real life is going on!

I-130 was approved on 11/15/2013

I did wait almost 2 years for my visa available to be able to send I-485.

AOS

I-485 and I-765 were sent on 05/29/2015

USCIS Received Date June 02, 2015 

A check of $1070 was cashed by USCIS Chicago on 06/08/2015

Biometrics Appointment on July 1st, 2015

EAD is approved on August 10th 2015 (73 days)

Received EAD card on August 19th 2015

Sent renew EAD on April 9th 2016

Got interview notice on March 30th 2016

USCIS received on April 11th 2016

Interview Scheduled on May 3rd 2016

Approved on the spot - Handed print out approval notice.

Received 10 years GC in hand on May 7th 2016

N-400 

Filed online on 02/02/2021

NOA online on 02/02/2021

Received NOA in mail on 02/10/2021

Reuse Biometrics NOA online 02/19/2021

Received  in mail Reuse Biometrics NOA on  03/01/2021

Interview Scheduled on 02/17/2022

Interviewed on 03/16/2022

Oath scheduled on 03/22/2022

May be no movement in May VB becoz they no start seduhle the interview yet basicsly they are starting end of month

I don't think you are right because someone has PD end of Aug and got IL for May, 2015.

Hopefully will start from tomorrow.

To say may be , so may be the movement will not be very big, may be VB will be 08-Sep-13 or one week more :)

Just keep the hope and never think in no movement or retrogress because everything going very well. NVC finishing the cases quickly which is very good for us and means also they will move on :)

They have scheduled for all august fileres so far

Cal nvc and they'll tell u when your interview date is , I you read the posts on visajourney you'll see that a lot of august filers have received their IL
