Priority day is 09/16/2013

I-130 was approved on 11/15/2013

I did wait almost 2 years for my visa available to be able to send I-485.

AOS

I-485 and I-765 were sent on 05/29/2015

USCIS Received Date June 02, 2015 

A check of $1070 was cashed by USCIS Chicago on 06/08/2015

Biometrics Appointment on July 1st, 2015

EAD is approved on August 10th 2015 (73 days)

Received EAD card on August 19th 2015

Sent renew EAD on April 9th 2016

Got interview notice on March 30th 2016

USCIS received on April 11th 2016

Interview Scheduled on May 3rd 2016

Approved on the spot - Handed print out approval notice.

Received 10 years GC in hand on May 7th 2016

N-400 

Filed online on 02/02/2021

NOA online on 02/02/2021

Received NOA in mail on 02/10/2021

Reuse Biometrics NOA online 02/19/2021

Received  in mail Reuse Biometrics NOA on  03/01/2021

I have called NVC 3 times from yesterday after hearing about Interview Scheduling for May for Aug PD. Every time NVC representative said your case is not available for Visa Interview they are working

Judging by the several months which we have witnessed IL distribution to people whose PD is just about to be current , one would agree NVC sends out the letter in no particular order, which means, if the MAY letter would be avaliable for early September 2013 filers,at least one or two September filers would have received the letter by now. I think the closest to Sept IL received is for a certain someone with PD 30th August 2013. Perhaps it's safe to say the next bulletin would be 1st September! However because the visa scheduling started earlier than normal this month , it may mean things would be done differently this time around. Fingers crossed still till visa bulettin's release.

Hi.

Congratulations to all how have completed many difficult steps and hiepfully will pass the interview as well.

My PD is 15 Feb-14. Today I just open AOS and it was accessible. May you plz lead us by telling step by step processes, fees and expected timeline of each process.

Totally agree, we can only wait till the VB is released next week. Cheers.

I called nvc this moning. The lady told me that they`re still processing June and that I have to wait for the visa bulletin to be released.

This guy with PD Oct 28th 2013 that already got his case completed on March 30th 2015.

This is a good news, will be a big jump on June VB.

I am so tired of waiting, It has been 1 year and 9 months since I sent my I-130. Department of State wants to play a game with all of us.

In FY2015, we still have a lot available visas but they are trying to move the days very slow 3-4 weeks per month, they only move the day faster in last quarter of FY. Thats the wrong way that DoS is applying to all F2A.
