Can you tell me what the process for removing my wife's "Conditional Status"? We were married less then two years when she entered the US and she has been in the US now for 21 months. My understanding is that we need to file out form I-751 to petition to remove conditions, with the form we also need a copy of the GC. What else is needed, like evidence of relationship,ect and is that sent in with form I-751? Are there any other forms that need to be sent in? What is the process like? Any information will be greatly appreciated.
