I use TurboTax or HR Block to fill 2014 Tax Return. I want to enter my currant US mailing address and both of them only let me choose the address in Canada. I use the online version. Would the desktop version allow me to us US mailing address?

Thanks!

No. You must paperfile.

I used TurboTax online; I had to print and mail it, but I complete the whole return online. See this image about how I had to go through "Province of residence" / "Non resident status" and then "Contact information"

Thanks!

Another questions: Where should I mail the forms?

I lived more than half year in Winnipeg. I think I am "deemed resident".

Thank you very much for the information. I found UFile allows entering US mailing address. But when I finished all the information, it said that I was not qualified to file online as I live outside of Canada.

if you are not living in canada anymore you are now a non-resident.

While this is true for most Canadians now being LPR in the United States, it depends on each person's situation and how the CRA sees it. If you have a Canadian employer in the US (or commute regularly to Canada), visit often, still have links to Canada (bank account, apartment, family members...), or intention to return in the future - the CRA can find you deemed resident (or resident, or...) Serbinski forum members might explain it better.
