Hi, probably a stupid question, But I'm filing for I130 & I485 packages together. Do I treath the 2 as seperate packages - meaning a seperate cover letter and duplicate documents that are requested in both packages (f.e. marriage certificate, Birth certificate)?

03/18/15: Send application

03/22/15: Application received

03/25/15: NOA 1 emails/texts

04/13/15: biomnetrics appointment letter

04/16/15: successful biometrics appointment

06/10/15: Received email - EAD picked up by post office!

06/11/15: Received EAD

06/18/15: Received interview notice in the mail for July 20th 2015 (was send on 06/12/15)

Stack everything up neatly in order which you type in cover letter. Good luck.

Hello,

Both application forms should stand alone with their respective required documents. You may not know if there are 2 or 4 adjudicating officers that will evaluate your application forms both for I-130, I-485, I-1765 and I-131. Don't expect them to sort, share and photocopy the attached required documents from your package. I hope that I explained it clear and I am of help to you.

AOS Timeline / Family-based

Feb 24, 2015 (day 0) - Sent Forms I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131 via USPS to Chicago Lockbox
Feb 26, 2015 (day 2) - Package delivered and received.
Mar 03, 2015 (day 7) - Text / email messages from USCIS, receiving Forms I-130, I-485,
I-131 and I-765.
USD 420 and 1,070 Checks were cashed.
Mar 08, 2015 (day 12) - Paper receipts of I-797C for I-130, I-485, I-131 and I-765 from mail.

Mar 13, 2015 (day 17) - Mail notice received for Biometrics appointment on March 25, 2015.

Mar 25, 2015 (day 29) - Completed Biometrics, as scheduled.

May 12, 2015 (day 75) - AP/EAD approved and Card has been ordered.

May 27, 2015 (day 90) - AP/EAD Card received in the mailbox.

June 3, 2015 (day 97) - Received NPIW letter in the mailbox.

Sept 24, 2015 (day 212) - I-130/I-485 approved. No Interview.

Sept 28, 2015 (day 216) - GC mailed.

Sept 30, 2015 (day 218) - GC received.

Ok great - thank you for all the input - it seems new thing always keep popping up - will be happy when its send :-)
