i send application jan 2 and after waiting for one month without NOA#1my wife called because they always ask us to wait for a month.they layer told us that my money order was not found,now we are tracking the money order to know whoever cash it,without wasting time we file another application which we mail out and it was delivered on 19feb,during that one month of waiting for the first application,i email USCIS and they reply me saying that my form i130 is not propelly fill and it was rejected on 24th of feb,now the second application we file as i am talking to you now habe no reply for receipt confirmation from USCIS,i told my wife that this rejection might be the second application that we are waiting for and up to this time we never hear from USCIS and our package have not been receive by us .please advice on what to do because we can nt afford for another money order.my question is ,if application is rejected on 24th and how long will it take us to get it back and refile?

Are you mailing your application to the right lockbox ? If USCIS hasn't received your application Mayb you aren't sending it to the right place.

Are you sending it overnight ? You should be! You would have a tracking number so you know they got it.

tjanks for your time,we sent it to the rigjt place and the rejected application ve been send back for correction before resending.hope we get it right this time

they got it and they ve already send it back,we will make the correction and mail back again
