Mailing address for document submission

I have 3 following queries

A Just for confirmation, I am submitting my financial and supporting document to nvc

, so the address is

31 Rochester Ave. Suite 100
Portsmouth, NH 03801-2914

Kindly confirm the address , so I proceed my case

B . I am using a blank paper (separator) with title "FINANCIAL DOCUMENT" for financial document (this separator place before financial documents) and "SUPPORTING DOCUMENT " for supporting document (this separator place before Supporting documents),.....is it Ok ?

C. Order of documents are as follows

1. Welcome letter

2. Document cover sheet

3.Financial documents

4.Supporting Documents

1. The address is correct.

2. The blank pages are unnecessary but you can include them if you want. It would be better to put the AOS and IV barcoded sheets here instead, found in the payment portal, printed off.

3. Put the Document Cover Sheet from NVC first.

a. Are you talking about AOS and IV invoices with barcode

b.If we place Document cover sheet first so where we place welcome letter ,

1. Not the invoice but the receipt. After you've paid, it's the confirmation barcode.

2. A cover letter from you? Listing the documents? Put it second. If you mean the welcome letter from NVC, you don't need it, just the Document Cover Sheet

as above mention in documents NVC welcome letter should be provide with documents , So i am asking 1st we place welcome letter then cover sheet ?

It's just saying that is how you will receive the Document Cover Sheet, that it is part of the letter. They're telling you where to find the Document Cover Sheet
