South African Embassy DS 2001

hi Everyone

i received an email from the consulate here in SA with a list of documents i need to prepare before i schedule the interview. They also say i must sign and send back DS 2001 but they did not attach this form to the email itself. Does anyone know where i can get it? or if i need to request it directly from them?

if you have dealt with the SA embassy it would really be helpful.

Hi NomNom,

Did you open the e-mail and see if it was in blue it would have said

Form DS-2001 — Notification of Applicant Readiness including checklist.

It was in 'Packet 3'

If you don't see it I would e-mail the Consulate and request it.

Thank you so much. I expected it would be an attachment so i didnt think to click on the blue part..smh
