At the USCIS they say that they process all the petitions and documents in the order they recieve them. I know that i have been told a thousand times that every petition is different but that is contradicting to what they say. The thing I want to know is WHY people in November have recieved their NOA2 when I turned my petition in, in OCT no touch AND NOTHING!!! This is also contradictry to what they tell you on the phone and on the internet. WHY

They process in the order they receive. That doesn't mean they approve in the order they receive.

Nothing they never say nothing i just keep putting in my request for out of precessig time and wait for them to send me something. Also im waiting to hear from the congessman or senator. At times i just want to go jump off a bridge.
