Hi ,

If a person files i130 but after that travels to us on b2 and files i485, but again comes back to home country within the visa time i.e. Without overstaying and continues with i130.

Is the b2 cancelled when he files i485 ?

Urgent please

There is all sorts of problems here.

Why would you file the I-485 and leve? That makes no sense since leaving voids the I-485.

In addition, entering the U.S. on a non immigrant visa with the intent to adjust by filing the I-485 is illegal.

The i-485 was abandoned unless the person had AP (advance parole.) His B2 was not cancelled but he should not return to the USA to continue trying to adjust his status. He would truthfully have to tell the CBP that he was intending to stay in the USA, and they would deny him entry so it would be a waste of time and money for all those involved.
