I don't have any hard proof, but everything I've read so far points to Moscow approving K-1s quite easily. Take a look at the reviews section for the Moscow Consulate, pretty much all of them say positive things. My fiancé is from Moscow, so I've been paying close attention to info about that consulate myself. I'd say relax, don't worry.

In all the years I have been on here, I can't think of any out right denials. Sure, there have been cases where RFE's were issued mostly for additional proof of relationship, but I believe all of those were eventually issued visas. There could have been one or two denials, but I don't remember seeing them. Tourist (B) visas on the other hand have a much higher rate of denial, but even those are not as difficult as they used to be.

Don't worry.

My fiancee' is convinced that the Embassey in Moscow is turning down all or most K1 Visas.. Does anyone know the true facts on the approval rate for the k1 visas coming out of the Moscow Embassey?

Thanks

Scam? Are you sending her money?

As long as you complete your K-1 Visa paperwork correctly and show proof of relationship there should be no issues. My finacee just got her visa 2 weeks ago. She said the interview was simple, easy, and fast. The extra stress was not needed...
