Hi guys sorry for taking so long. My husband just told me what the officer said.

My husband called little late at 5:15:pm and the officer looked up at our case and asked him some info, then my husband tols him about our case out of processing time ans he wanted to talk with a Tier2 and they officer put a note in our file and told him to call tomorrow and ask to speak with a 22level service. Let's see what they say tomorrow ? Good Nite

Thanks. Yes only we know how horrible is to be waiting with not signal.

Fingers crossed.

Be getting ready for NVC process you should prepare your AOS and get Civil Documents like marriage and birth certification, two photos, police certification and copy of passport. Only beneficiary documents. Together with affidavit u shoule send income tax and W2 or 1099 also letter of work or 4 receipt of the lastest bills. Note: you can't send this until u have your case number, fill ds-261 and pay $120. When u pay $120 you have to print two cover sheet one for AOS package and another one for Docs Package. Then you put the put 2 packages in just one package.

That's wried because I saw Philippines got the faster approval than anyone else !!!!

So if your NOA1 date is October 15th and uscis processing right now September 15th filers than how come you couple days to wait ? my friend is September 7th filers in NSC and he got the approval on February 27th. So you sure they are September or its a typo ( may be its October ) !

it is not a typo, i was really told theyre processing the september 16th filers the time i called them :(
