Actually, I'm confused because there's two lines.

One says 2015EUXXXXX 01 LND - Administrative Processing

And the other says 2015EUXXXXX 02 LND - Ready

They both have the same date.

Should I assume my wife is ready and I'm the one on AP?

That means the case itself is in AP. It could be on you only or on the spouse as well (which would just mean a lazy CEAC update by the embassy) - but of course the spouse cannot be issued unless the AP for you is resolved. The ready status is the default status prior to an interview - it does not necessarily imply her case is ready for approval.

It's AP for documentation check for him so yes - the wife just waiting for his approval.

It is frustrating that he cannot seem to talk to a human at the London embassy though to see what the "real" status is.

When I was processing through the London Embassy the way to get hold of someone was to call the (incredibly expensive) helpline - number was on the Embassy Website and explain to the person on the phone that you needed to inquire about your ongoing case and could you have the special email code.

They then gave you a code which you included in the subject line of the email - that stopped your email going into the junk or ignore pile I think.

Then someone from the Embassy emailed you back within 3-5 business days.

Hi there, I would just like to give an update on my situation as well as rant a little bit and ask for some help if you are able to do so. Well, on the 4th of May it will be 2 months since my interview. As I said before, they wanted to confirm my secondary school certificate and I thought it wouldn't be much of a problem. However, two months later and I'm still on AP and I'm not able to speak to anyone at the Embassy. The only way of contact that proved somewhat successful was through email, but the only thing they said was this: "Your application is currently under review. Please be assured that as soon as we are able to proceed, you will be notified.". Besides the CEAC website I have no way of knowing where my process really stands. This has been nerve-wrecking and I wish there was something I could do. My medical expires in the middle of August and I wish I could move forward and start preparing everything without having to do another medical which is kinda costly. I'm still pretty much optimistic since I know I concluded secondary school, I went to university and everything. Nevertheless, this has been stressful and somewhat discouraging. If any of you have any idea if there's something I could do, please do tell. Otherwise, thank you for enduring my rant :)

Did you give the your Degree Certificate?

Unfortunately with AP its a waiting game. Not much you can do. When approval comes through your activation trip or final move will be shortened by the medical date which expires in August. Hopefully no need to do them again.

A number of embassies insist on the high school diploma for meeting the education requirement, regardless of any higher qualification. London appears to be one of those.

Very frustrating for the poster given that this really should have been sorted out long ago, and that there is apparently no phone number to use.

Here is another update on our case. We are still on AP and super frustrated. We've tried to contact the Embassy again and the only answer we get via email is that when it's ready we'll know. I have no idea why is it taking so long. I'm getting more and more anxious and, to be honest, a little bit scared that my process won't be ready in time. Our CEAC page keeps getting updated (mainly due to our emails, I think) but nothing new comes through.

Our medicals expire next month, which is another stressful thing to add to the list. Anyway, has anyone ever been able to contact the London Embassy in any other way besides email? Can anyone think of anything else we could do to try to make our process move forward?

Once again, thanks in advance all the support and help given. Cheers!

I can't give you any constructive advice sadly :( but I'd been wondering how your case had been going and I'm very sorry to hear it's still dragging on like this. I wonder if there is any sense in trying to contact the embassy in Lisbon to see if the holdup is on their side, though I have no idea who you'd ask to speak to. Hope it gets sorted ou soon...

Once again thank you Susie for your help and support! Today we got news: on our CEAC page it shows as being "READY". However, we are kind of holding back on celebrations because we don't know what it really means. Did they stamp our passports, or didn't they? Does "READY" only mean that the process is done, or does it also mean that we have been successful?

We have been through so much that we are trying to protect ourselves but at least we are moving forward :)

It should say "issued" when the visa has been issued, but some embassies are lax at updating CEAC and I would never recommend relying on that. Did you manage to contact a human at the embassy yet?

I was going to try and talk to the Embassy in Lisbon, but since the status changed today, I feel like waiting. The emails we got from the London Embassy they always said "as soon as we are able to further action, you will be notified" so I feel like we have to keep waiting but that it shouldn't take too long now. Maybe I'm being too optimistic. I don't really know what to think...
