I think that she is affiliated for sure - she works for them. But she can explain that this is just a routine job and she doesn't share their ideology! Good Luck

It is a good job for her and her family doesn't want her to lose this opportunity since it can provide a bright future for her in case our relationship doesn't work out. So that's why we're confused if she is able to accept this job offer or not. Thanks for your replies.

I think you should try and contact the embassy or USCIS. Taking a non-political role should be allowed IMO, but of course that doesn't mean that it is. None of the activities she would be performing are illegal in the US. If you do find out one way or another, please let us know. It might help someone else in the future.
