CR1 package from NVCC lost?

Hi everyone,

My wife's case (I am USC and she is the beneficiary for CR1) was completed and sent by NVC to Dublin nearly a month ago. I called up Dublin they say they haven't received anything! I called NVC they say nothing can be done at NVC and yes the packet was sent by DHL and it should have reached a while ago. Has anybody been in this situation before? Please help. Thanks a lot.

Yes,

When NVC sent our packet to Guangzhou, it took up to 3 months for them to "Receive" the package, it sits in a store room until they are ready to "Receive" it. This is the norm for Guangzhou, but is not the norm for most other Consulates.

I would give it a few weeks more then check again, Dublin may do the same but to a lesser degree.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
