Asked if that included dismantling the Ferguson Police Department, Holder said, "If that's what's necessary, we're prepared to do that."

there was a little bit of trouble dug up in the report. something should be done.

I agree, extreme monitoring as a minimum. But, if Holder wants to take over the department after his replacement Attorney General comes on line, then, go for it, young man!
