I got email from NVC for my wife's immigration case 2 weeks ago. I've paid the AOS Fees. Since our case is waiting for the Priority date the visa number to become current, I can't pay the IV Fees., Also, no DS-260 form available to fill out.

I have most of the Financial Documents and Supporting Documents ready. Can I send NVC with all the documents now?

Or, i have to wait till I could pay the IV Fees to email NVC the documents?

Thanks!

When did you send in the DS-261? That is what generates the IV fee? They wouldn't be allowing you to start paying if they weren't ready for you. And yes you can send all your documents together AOS and IV they prefer that way and their website says so.

If you haven't submitted the DS-261 do so immediately.

DS 261 is completed before I paid the AOS Fees. That is Step 1.

After the step 1, I was able to pay the Affidavit of Support Fee, but not the "Immigrant Visa Application Processing Fee".

Do I have to wait till I could pay the "Immigrant Visa Application Processing Fee" to email them all Financial/Supporting the documents?

Or, I can emaill the financial/supporing Docs before paying hte IV Fees?

Thank you!

I just told you the AOS and IV documents all go together. The DS-261 generates the IV fee usually its about 2 to 3 weeks after. Send together.

Yes you can send both packets before iv fee is pay.Go to the payment portal at top click on receipt next page click on document cover sheet print two aos document cover sheet attach one to each packet. It ok to use aos cover sheet for the iv packets it is the same address just a diffrent department also include the nvc checklist cover sheet place each packets in seprate large envelope. Label each envelope. Mail together In larger shipping envelope to the address on th Aos cover sheet.while you waiting for your documents to be review you will have time to pay iv fee and fill out ds260 form.Doing it this way will save you some waiting time
