I would say the lowan guy has it coming.. and probably lacking of communications and understanding on both sides.

Obviously, the china bride wanted Green Card for herself and her out-of-status son.

She gets the Detroit Property portfolio, a house and car in Houston, and that's it. Mediation, y'all !

Nah, it's ok - not a huge chunk out of 'the pile'. The Detroit Porfolio I created specifically for her, anyway. Wanted to teach her price versus value lessons - she's still not understanding it. Lemme think? I spent maybe 15K purchasing 15 houses plus a warehouse there, another 11K fixing them up (not counting my labor) and then the value is currently at 690K. She still doesn't understand how I wrangled that, and she can't find the deals I had, either. She was great at getting the places rented out to actual tenants, so she's got her own income stream from that portfolio. Which, in fact, was the entire point to begin with, ages past.

There's a huge Chinese community there - my guess is she's moving there after renting out the house in Houston.

I really don't care anymore - she made her choices and this is where it got her. action/reaction stuff, always caustic. I tried, I failed, I've moved on.

oh - you need to acquire some skills then - or join a krewe of womens with the skills, they will teach you.

some womens snag a man with massive skills, then learn from the man in the 'helper' role.

I've had some good karma this year, so I not think to focus much on whats-her-face further - it's just I had to finish up the final decree this week. Surprisingly, I not have huge bouts of emotional distress, mostly, this week. I gotta take that as a win. Remorse? Sure, but with all of the action/reaction stuff going on, combined with a hidden agenda, I'm happy to see the backside of her.

Is it what I wanted? H6ll no, not at all. Still, gotta reform, regroup, rebuild. I'm in a great place to be doing that, thankfully.
