You'll like being closer to work. My husband complains the most about having to go 30 mins in traffic to work every day. It's only 20 without rushhour traffic, but we used to live 10 mins and he never had traffic.

Half hour commute is nothing.....

A lot of people would long for a commute time that short. I think that is about my husband's current commute time, but there are no towns really between here and there, so it isn't like you could live that much closer without living out on a farm.

Google just said average American commute time is 25.5 minutes.

It is done (at least I hope so) in Minnesota!

High of 70 degrees today

We are supposed to get snow and rain tomorrow morning, but it won't stick. Might make the roads slippery, though.

No flooding this year, either. :dancing::dancing: It is a good year.

my drive is an hour there and an hour back and because I don't have an office and share it with 6 student employees and another person I am not fond of (it is the area before the director's office space) I leave at 5:30am just so I can get things done being that I need peace to work.....

oh yes my restaurant..../dreamy sigh
