Anyways you posted a photo, which leads to aesthetic judgements. Unagi looks disgusting but tastes delicious. If I posted photos of it, I wouldn't expect compliments. And why so touchy? Are you a secret partner in the business ? Providing illegals as chefs??

maybe you not remember, but

steve got some shysters involved in a death investigation. these are from a cadre of jewish lawyers that send him business and he sends them business. so, for a referral fee, Steve gets jew food for a week.

Although I'm happy he posted the pics (cause I'm a foodie and love food pr0n fotos) - he could have gently introduced us to the cuisine, and talked about the ingredients. he not do that. why? lazy? or tablet? or too busy stuffing face with stuff layered in rice ? or all of the above?

Nah - Steve's none of that - he just likes to make us all feel bad when we can't get the same level of foodstuffs that he gets, regularly.,... It's ok - it's an honest attempt, and I laud him for it.

But - he probably has sent 11 fooks there to work over the last 11 months, after tasting their foodstuffs elsewhere - cause he's a nice guy and all.

Right?

Well, at least we're not talking about halal food.. which reminds me - I gotta check my goats next weekend.

I don't deal with fooks.

I'm not trying to make anyone feel bad.

Most of you can get the same level of food at your geographical location.

ok that's respectable.

Doesn't mean that all schools should teach a second language.

Well, I was under the understanding that the public education system was to make sure that everyone got a decent education regardless of ability to pay. Equal footing and all. As long as a second language is standard in other school districts, I don't believe they should do away with it. Isn't it even mandated in some states? I'm going to date myself, but I remember a requirement for a regents diploma in NY was having passed the language regents exam, which was about the equivalent of 3 years worth of high school study.
