Aye. Our full synthetic tends to cost a pretty penny and buying it ourselves cuts the cost in half or more. Doing it ourselves takes even that labour cost out.

In December, we found Castrol semisynthetic on closeout at AutoZone.com for $1/qt., whee man. We got ourselves Many (2x2x2x2x2+[2x2x2x2]) quarts, whee man. Also got oil filters at NAPA on one of their Many%-off discount days, whee man. We are proud of our fiscally prudent selves, si we man.

Hubs will only use Mobil 1. Dunno why but whatever. Jeep has 97k miles. Needs a new Cat and tires. Otherwise it runs great (knock on wood.)

a partially blocked cat will cause the engine to constantly run slightly to a lot hotter. Causing many other failures. Head gasket and warped heads being the most common.

Get a gringo car (or, if you prefer, a yanqui vehicle), si ma'am.

Those are Many questions (Who, Huh, Do), to be precise man. They should feed you, of course man.

And I just went to lunch with the one in Brooklyn. Free.....

My husband reminds me of such. To be grateful for all I have even though it's human nature to want more.

Yesterday they show some social apartments given to the poorest people last year and they devastated it after a few months. Like really devastated: broken windows, broken doors, stolen bathtubs, etc. And some of the residents were interviewed about it. One woman, when asked if the city had helped them in any form, said that no way they didn't get any help and that the city doesn't care about them at all.

And I was like: really??? You got an apartment and you still think the city didn't help you??? :bonk: :bonk: :bonk:

Man didn't I tell you the same thang?

But noooo....it's only the truth when YOUR HUSBAND says so.....

Obviously I have issues when he CONSTANTLY is reminding me. Lol

But I hope maybe too much, expect more from myself always, and try harder then maybe necessary, not always to my benefit.
