I know anyone could pull the code using the scanner but still need a mechanic to diagnose the car problem exactly.

The Mazda car dealership is not cheap either.

Maybe I should get a new car.

If you want trouble free everyday use that last, there are only 4 absolute bulletproof models.

Accord. Camry. Civic. Corolla.

$90 for diagnostic service to find out where is the problem

$258 for the EGR Valve and labor

$23 for Oil Change.

Sorry, I am not a mechanic person. Not aspiring to be one either.

Me neither and getting my car worked on was always expensive in Connecticut, no matter where I took it. I suspect it might be similar for you. I couldn't believe how much cheaper car repairs were when we moved.

They're not best sellers by coincidence. They're really that good.


Me neither and getting my car worked on was always expensive in Connecticut, no matter where I took it. I suspect it might be similar for you. I couldn't believe how much cheaper car repairs were when we moved.

I had an Accord LX for a few months, low mileage and the transmission kept slipping. Car was a POS.

So naturally 4 million other accord owners had the same experience as you?

Well, not all Accords are shiny trouble free machines.

Cars have problems, you fix them, the end. There is no magic car that isn't going to need repairs and a $400 repair on a 2008 car with close to 100k miles is no big deal and very likely to expected no matter what brand of car.

I went to the car service store and got my car fixed. Replaced EGR valve and oil change at the same time. $Many poorer

Sigh, ma'am, but at least it's fixed, si ma'am.

the property tax would be in the Many-Manyk range.....

Finally, we have Nueva York Many, Texas Nowhere Near As Many, hmmm man.

Your problem is easy to fix.

Just cut off the people. Forget about the free food. Not worth the headache.

Just an FYI, if you're not comfortable doing an oil change yourself, at the very least buy your own oil and filter. It makes the oil change cheaper. It's really easy to do youself though and saves you a bundle. It really only takes Many minutes of your day.

True, si ma'am. We buy our own oil & filters, si man.

However, one must ask the shop first how much off the oil-change price they'll give you for having brought your own junk, si man. Some places will give only $2, forget those man.
