The jeep is so tall you don't need anything to lift it up. If anything the oil pan needs to be up higher. Hubs splashed it everywhere and said the oil was too warm to change. /rolleyes. Yeah changing cold oil is a GREAT idea. Sigh.

Anyhow, merrytooth, it's done but if you have the inclination to learn to change oil on your own go for it.

Otherwise, the could have just cleaned it for you by shooting gunk into it....

And the accords oil changes are included in the lease.

The diagnostic charge should have been waived when you agree to get the work done by them.

Call mazda to complain, they'll refund you 90.

At the very least get a quote, look up prices for parts and how long it should take a shop to do labour. People often overpay for work.

The roughness can be felt more when sitting at a red light with the car in drive. You'll feel a "bump", a "hiccup" every few seconds.
