Steve, i smell a lot of favors in the favor bank. If kenny's cousin gets acquitted, install him on your farmland, grow vegetables, secure horse manure.

no way man.

So, like I was saying before. W's family pester me to no ends everyday with questions, who got into an accident, who got arrested (rare), who got a ticket, who needs this and who needs that.......

To a point where I don't answer calls from anyone except the few.

Yeah, that's what I thought - about the passport.

They want to be sure he doesn't escape.

But - as you said - he will leave no matter what.

And... what is his relation to Kenny again?

Too big family to keep it all up :P

The bad guy is.....Kenny's mother's brother's son.

man I gotta shave and shower.....

I look like Tark.....

Lpr facing deportable offense. If convicted, prison in usa, finish it, deportation.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Wow you guys were chatty last night!

I had to go to bed.

Musta been a Fook.

She was a want to be I guess!

BTW, Kenny's mother (the bad guy's aunt), is ready to pay the bail.

Now, here's my thinking of what this kid is thinking.......

if he flees to china, he's in china, and don't have to go to jail. Never being able to come back.

If he goes to trial, and loses, he goes to jail, and then back to china, never being able to come back.

Difference is, if he just flees and skip bond. He's not in jail.....freedom.

So, you think he's a flight risk?

You think he gives a kupa about his dad owing his aunt a hundred grand? (Which he's never going to be able to repay?)

Yikes sounds like this kid needs to stay in jail!

So, this kid's father, works for W. He came from China about 7 years ago?

oh btw, I know why I was never called by the kid. As it turns out, the kid called home after his arrest, and told his dad that he's spending a night at his friends house.

He must have figured he was going to get cut loose. So don't call me, otherwise the cat's outta the bag.

Which leads me to believe, that this isn't the first time he's been arrested, which is what his father believes. So he thought it was gonna be like before, see the judge, get "recogged" or what we call "180.80" (See the grand Jury). I'll know more later when I get in.......

well, obviously, this kid didn't get recogged or 180.80ed lol

more importantly.....what am I gonna eat for free at W's place......

Lets be honest, I'd rather see the kid just go home now than waste money on putting him through a trial and jail time. He can't come back anyhow.

And by home I mean China.

Well , time to go to work :(

I'm doubling the fees for fooks.

why? he did the crime.

He's going to be deported anyhow. Why spend tax payers money on a trial just to deport the kid anyhow? Besides having a criminal record in the USA, how is this going to realistically affect his life once he's deported?

Unless he was going to jail in China after being deported back in which case I'm all for throwing the book at the kid.

Asia, Narcotics offenses, like felony, with intent to sell, is an offense against public morals. It will get him deported.

I know, I know.

Just wanted to be sure that he's better than millions Fooks (including Gump & Co.), cause he's legal, and yet he decided to waste it all.
