PC's friend, who owns a Nipponese restaurant, wants to sell PC half the restaurant, because she says.....that the turnover rate is too high, and she needs PC to be the waitress, and PC's husband to be the sushi chef.

And, according to PC's friend, they're making lotsa money.

So, it's like "you give me 100k, I'll give you half the restaurant, and you'll make 1 gazillion dollars"
