I never bought half of what you got but I also had access to better treatment from what a friend told me. I just did every ones hair twice can't remember how far apart. Picked through there hair like crazy and we were done with it.

So I'm trying to make up my mind if I should call comcast back today and fight to get my any room DVR working right or wait till the tech comes on Sunday. THe guy I spoke to last night says it was on their end cause someone changed something in our account with the program or something. He transferred me to a level 2 tech said they could fix it up since they had to override something with codes but I don't think that tech did that. She didn't seem to do anything then what the other guys did.

After years of this krap with Optimum cable, I switched to VZ Fios the first chance I got. It's harder to use. But service is 10 times better. That is to say, I've never needed service from VZ!

My problem started when my main dvr box died. I took it in to change it out but the guy gave me a plain dvr box not the anyroom box so my other box can't get the recorded shows. I called them and found that out so I took it back just to find out they don't carry the any room box at the store.

So I had ti have them mail it to me, and on top of that the dorks charged me for shipping!

So i connect the new anyroom dvr and it doesn't send the signal again to my other box.

Call them again and again and again they set up a tech to come out sunday.

I called again after messing with the cords. Finally one guy figures out that the plain box is still showing up as the main box he fixes that and still not working.

So after some digging he discovers someone change our info or account settings or something like that. Tells me it's all on their end and he needs to transfers me to a lvl 2 so they can change things back to what they should be. Problem is when he transfers me he doesn't stay on the line to tell the next person exactly what he found. So I try to explain it and she goes through the same ####### the first 4 guys did and I don't know if she even looked at the coding/programming or what ever and says that the tech will be out sunday.

I had to get the kids to bed so I didn't fight to have her keep digging at that point I was on the phone for 2 hours. And still not able to access the DVR in the other room!!!!!!!
