Why, I like tiffs aunt.

Funny thing I just bought a clothing steamer too. It'll come in handy now. Steam the pillows and carpeting around the beds.

For all I know, that California cousin brought the lice. But I kinda suspect.....

I'll show you guys a pic from the school trip......

Her mother showed up at the school the same time I did. Swearing up and down that her child doesn't have lice......

She had 3 other kids with her. Now I just don't see her spending the kind of money I did for sprays, shampoos, creams, etc.....

And to be honest, although I preach tolerance, I was disgusted. Disgusted at the thoughts flying through my mind, welfare, Medicaid, WIC, cutting the immigration line, etc....

I was disgusted. But I teach my daughter; different, but the same.

How would the school make sure her kids won't show up with lice again?

Trashy mother who should not breed at all.

Done with K1, AOS and ROC

I remember reading somewhere that clean hair actually attracts lice more?

I don't know what the policy is in NYC, but I know that here, if they've sent your kid home 3 times for lice, your next call is from the social worker and the absences become unexcused.

I think the cheapest way might also be the most effective anyway, which is coming the hair daily with a lice comb.

I've've told my daughter to not hug that girl. It's tough. I know that they probably live in squalor, and they couldn't possibly wash clothes everyday, or even change the sheets. So whatever is at home, will probably just stay there.I educated myself on lice this afternoon. Clean, dirty, doesn't matter, they live in hair. The difference is, a clean environment will enable us to rid the parasite. Like I said, whatever is currently in their home will likely just remain there....

If you guys can't tell from the pic. They're illegal immigrants. Stealing an education with anchor children. Yes I was disgusted. But I teach my children otherwise.

I'm not too sure either. But I've befriended the principal, the teachers, the nurse, the school safety agent lol.....

I've a little clout in the school, and I don't mind that my kid get a little special attention. She doesn't even realize it. And she's not spoiled nor is she a brat. The teachers have all good things to say about her.
