AOS / IV PACKAGE 2 COVER SHEETS?

HELLO,

GETTING READY TO SUBMIT MY AOS / IV PACKAGE. I HAVE ONE COVER SHEET THAT I GOT IN MAIL E-MAIL WHEN I PAID MY AOS FEE. IT SAYS ON IT TO BE ATTACHED TO THE FRONT OF DOCUMENTS, IT HAS THE BARCODE ON IT. I GOT ANOTHER COVER SHEET (WITH A CHECKLIST ON IT) IN MY MAIL ALSO. IT SAYS TO ATTACH THAT COVER SHEET TO THE FRONT DOCUMENTS ALSO. WHICH ONE DO I ATTACH? BOTH?

for both AOS and IV packet

AOS barcode from Payment portal on top ( AOS barcode if you still haven't paid your IV fee)

Checklist barcode from email next ..

so first two pages in both packets should be AOS barcode then checklist

thank you very much! so, I will send both packages in desperate envelopes mailed in one package. and in both packages I will put both cover sheets. Is it confusing for them to have AOS cover sheet in IV package. thank you again!

welcome!.. no even when I called at the start of my NVC process they lady told me to use the AOS barcode for both.. not to worry.
