Well my passport got delivered to my work address today. But am not gonna be back until thursday so i would have to wait until then. Hehehe :) and i was so scared of my passport getting lost. Hahaha

Yep. I had to talk to the receptionist twice just to confirm they got the packet. Wahahaha!

They claim not to have received it yet. Should I call again tomorrow or wait till Friday?

She asked specifically for the notice date and gave the spiel about 35 days. I wonder did she really check my case number.

My notice of action 2 date is May 8th, so I felt for sure they should have it by now.

Try calling the day after tom :) you'll get your case# soon. Good luck!

Haha you got a big window. You can call nvc from 7 am til midnight eastern time. Lol just have to figure out how many hours to adjust based on your timezone.

March filer here! Posted our I-129F packet on Feb 23 to Texas Service Center. Received NOA1 Mar 02 and no notification that it was transferred to any other Service Center so it looks like we are expecting for an approval (NOA2) around early Sep 2015. Fingers crossed it will be sooner! Does anyone have any idea how long the rest of the K-1 visa process takes after NOA2 is received? Your feedback is highly appreciated.Thank you! :)

Totally the script that they tell everyone. Now you just keep calling until you get your case number, which hopefully will be soon!!! We're one week from interview date and the nerves are jangling! lol

Welcome! Hopefully TSC does speed up and things move more equitably between the service centers. I think we all have different timeframes from NOA2, but not too far off from each other. We received NOA2 April 17th, NVC received the packet exactly 2 weeks after that on May 1st and we received our case number May 4th, then the consulate in Casablanca received the packet on May 11th. Our interview is June 3rd, so to me it seemed pretty quick! Now I'm just riding the nervous rollercoaster hoping the CO doesn't deny or put us on AP forever! :)

I hope he tries to call in 2 days again, but I assume he'll just wait 35 days ^^

..don't have a change to call from here in Germany way to expensive.
