Yes, New Jersey would have gotten sent to TSC normally, but with the news of the transfer it looks like new petitions are also being routed directly to CSC to help keep the volume at TSC from increasing while they try to sort the mess they've created.

I would love to have a word with the manager who let this go on for so long.

Congrats on escaping being a TSC filer, we are not happy campers right now, and good luck on your journey.

When filling in your timeline, please understand that all I-129F's are sent to the LOCKBOX in Texas, and then ROUTED (not transferred) to your ASSIGNED service center- the one in Texas "TSC" (not the same as the lockbox!), or the one in California "CSC". If your tracking number starts with WAC, you're at the CSC, you were not transferred! There are no transfers at this time. If your number starts with SRC you're at the TSC and that's where you will serve your entire sentence.USCIS isn't fair.

They don't care about you.

Hey everyone! I've been browsing this forum for a while now.
Just sent off our petition yesterday (we are VERY late March filers)...now onto the wait!
I hope everyone has a smooth process :)

K-1 Timeline

04.01.2015 - I-129F Mailed
04.03.2015 - I-129F Received at Dallas Lockbox

04.06.2015 - NOA1

I would like to ask how its possible that people get approved eventho California center hasnt started processing that date yet? Ours is from the 9th of March and ive seen two today that got approved and their NOA1 was from the 11th of March? Just curious if anyone has an idea! I know its all speculation, im bad at not speculating hehe! Have an awesome day and good luck to us all! Camilla

You guys are probably so dang close to approval!!! If your NOA2 is March 9th, then you are probably on the top of the CSC stack. Now we will see if yours gets approved before they start working on the neglected TSC cases. I'll be keeping an eye out for messages!

I hope so! I just saw one case that was transfered from TSC to CSC :

Service Center : Texas Service Center Transferred? California Service Center Consulate : Juarez, Mexico I-129F Sent : 2015-03-02 I-129F NOA1 : 2015-03-11 I-129F RFE(s) : RFE Reply(s) : I-129F NOA2 : 2015-03-30

So their case is actually fast.

Tho i find it very weird if they didnt transfer some of the August/ September filers from TSC instead of the brand new ones?

I mean, they should have come before the new ones? Or what do i know..

i just wish we were all in the same boat so noone has to be unhappy and heartbroken for too much longer.

But im happy for them! Everyone deserves to get to be with the people we love without the distance!

Either way I only wish for all of us to have our fiances back soon to wake up together and never ever have to be apart a day in our lifes anymore! I know I will GLUE myself to my Fiance when I finally can come home and marry him for life!! We will have to figure out the bathroom visits hehehe ;)

So best of luck to all of you and sending viritual hugs to anyone sitting outthere feeling heartbroken from missing their soulmate too!

Camilla, that petition most likely was not transferred. Lots of folk confuse the place they send their petition to, the Dallas lockbox (which is also in texas), with the Texas Service center. When they are routed to the California Service center, they are mistakenly putting transferred from tsc to csc, when in reality they never went to tsc, just right to csc.

Ahh youre probably right!! The petitioner is from Colorado.. that would make it CSC right? Funny how it gets confused.... ;)

Yes, with the petitioner being from colorado, they would have definitely been routed right to csc. You could PM them and ask them nicely to fix their timeline, since it affects the prediction outcomes.

Since the transfer announcement uscis has also been routing petitions from states that would have normally been routed to tsc to csc instead, I'm assuming so the load on the tsc doesn't continue to build while they try to dig themselves out of the mess they created and finish the transfer (While also approving the rest of august and sept).

So this mistake is probably not the last profile you will see. Don't worry, when true tsc petitioners start getting confirmation of true transfers to csc, you'll definitely hear about it :).

Thanks, hopefully we will hear more of the transfer soon and some of us have good news to share.
