So I just did it again, it was exactly like this EXP 07 MAY 2015A and it worked like that. I don't know why the CEAC site doesn't show it as at least being in transit

On the Topic of Vaccinations....

My fiancée has spotty records of what she had shots for so I am assuming she needs all of them. Many pharmacies in the US can provide most of them on the list, so I priced them out and found that they will cost over $1000 to get all of them.....WOW :protest:

She is with me here in the US now, but I think I we will wait and have her get them in Vietnam. Like all drugs in the US we get hosed... When I can buy my prescriptions in Asia for 20-50% of the US price... something is up. My guess it's the same here.

K-1 Journey

2/27/2015: Sent I-129F to Black Hole in Texas:

9/28/2015: Medical Exam - Took 3 days... Cho Ray is a mess. Vaccinations delayed until passing Interview because of shortage of vaccinations in Vietnam
10/7/2015: Interview at Consulate in Ho Chi Minh City and APPROVED!!!!
10/22/2015 K1 Visa in hand. Son's K2 visa only valid for 6 months (W-T-F-?) Thought good for 1 year. Inquire at consulate and told visa good only as long as the medical which is 6 months K2 VISAS NOT GOOD FOR 1 YEAR AS ADVERTISED ON DOS WEBSITE!
10/29/2015 POE Chicago; Easiest pass through for Linh in her 4 previous entries.
11/2/2015: Not tuned in enough to Social Security not to pick "the first day of the month" to try to get signed up. Read VJ advice, it's spot on, we had a processor who knew K1. We were in the SAVE database in 3 days so it was easy after a 2 hour wait.

7/19/2016 The USCIS.GOV is now working for our AOS application. Is there light at the end of the tunnel? Seems others have access to USCIS.GOV Check Case now. Glitch fixed?

A thousand day gone dollars? You have got to be kidding me? Are they meshuggah? Well that sure does it! I suppose less than $200 for all of them ain't such a bad deal. That would allow us to wait for open enrollment if we want to wait to get him on if we want to.

Thanks for the input everyone!!

I got our MNL# today!!!! So excited. I didn't stay online for the DHL number because I was going to be put into another queue. I will be in Manila on Saturday night and will just take care of the DS-160 with Daisy from there as well as paying the requisite fees for the K1/K2 at that time.

I finished taking care of Skype (15 page), Hangouts (for video only, 2 pages) and Viber (41 pages). Is that enough HAHAHAHA It's of course, not the complete chat log from Viber as we had over 100,000 messages there. It's tough to condense very well when you chat ~4 hours every day. LOL

i believe that those evidences are enough :) and the ceac site does not update real time. am sure that your case file is already in transit or already in usem. (ceac updated my case status twice in 1 day, same day i got my MNL# - "At NVC" - "In Transit" - "Ready")

and my F will also be here this weekend! wow! which hotel will you be staying at? do you already have a target interview date? :)

We have an apartment in Mandaluyong, but we will be going to Mindoro to see her family again so we'll be in a hotel there.

We aren't targeting a specific date, just as soon as possible. :) We have a K1 and K2 going on with our petition, so as soon as they can get here is the target :)

I think the clinics on the embassy's site provide all the documentation required directly to the embassy. I don't think the beneficiary is allowed access to them until they open that brown envelop that they say DON'T OPEN THIS ENVELOPE!!!! I KNOW YOU HAVE YOUR VISA, BUT FOR THE LOVE OF GOD AND EVERYTHING PURE, DO NOT...I REPEAT...DO NOT OPEN THIS ENVELOP!

You're right. We can't open the envelop. Although, in my case before they closed it, they had me check the details (name, date, passport#, ect) in the forms and made me sign two copies.

Or something like that. I know you get a copy of the medical exam. Wait, I think you do. I am highly certain you get a copy of the vaccinations they administer.

They may have made me sign two copies but those were all inside the envelop so no, they don't give you a copy of the results. That envelop is the one you need to submit during the interview. To reiterate, DO NOT OPEN THE ENVELOP.
The copy of the vaccinations (personal copy) and the CD results of your x-ray (which you can't open as well) you will need when you're already in the US.

Here are the stuff i got after the medical exam. Hope this helps :)

Oh btw, am not sure why in the CD they noted CR(1) instead of K1...
