I wonder what seems to be the issue with all of ours? People around us are either getting approved or an RFE. Do we have the same adjudicator, did they go on vacation and now they are behind. Only speculation and that doesn't help lead to anywhere so we just play the wait game. Good luck to everyone who is still waiting for some news.

Yes, I called USCIS (twice) and the NVC. The USCIS says, "Don't bother us again! We have 90 days to transfer the petition!!!!!!" and NVC says "Please try us again after 35 days after the NOA2 date, thank you and have a great one! :) "

I know there is an email address we can contact after the 35 days, and some have had to call USCIS and speak with a tier two person to ask for a service request. I am also trying to be patient, and I won't stir the pot until after May 12th.

I asked how often CSC sends their cases to NVC, but that information is not readily available.... I'm sure it save American taxpayers money somewhere in this process. (But then again, doesn't my petition fee include the cost of transferring the case?)

Now that you have NOA2, make them do their f'ing job. Call them twice a day if you need to. They have no right to tell you "Don't bother us again"

They generally have the case number 10-14 days after NOA2

Yap ours didn't they touch either

You obviously didn't put the $50 cash in the envelope and ask to be put in the VIP line. ;)

Try calling today or tomorrow. They normally receive case files from CSC on a Thursday/Friday (i think). Then assign case numbers within 3-5 days :) goodluck amhara, you'll get yours soon :)

AAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!

You guys were right! I saw that Toddandcam had their petition transferred to NVC and received their NOA2 7 days before me. I just called the NVC, got through to the next level, but then FORGOT HIS BIRTHDAY!!!!!! I was on the phone for an hour (which actually isn't too bad) and I FORGOT HIS BIRTHDAY!!!! I pulled it up on my phone, and I'm sure that is the date that I put on the petition, but DANG!!!!!! We don't celebrate birthdays, but WHY COULDN'T I REMEMBER!?!?!?! I am sure going to have a bruise after kicking myself so dang much.

Anyways, at least I know it's there.

The Igor list looks like there are about 17 cases that are dated before March 20th in CSC. They are still moving, but maybe slowing down a little. They must be having lovely weather. It's been rainy in Dallas for the past two days. Hopefully that is great weather for working petitions in TSC!

Signature coming soon...

Its been 44 days waiting for our NOA2, so to those who just got their NOA1 after our application and getting worried than me so how about our case? 44Days no update. You guys are just waiting only like how many days after your NOA1. I just dont speak when someone told me I am only a "beneficiary" Even I'm only a beneficiary, and so I can't hide it but the fact is we both doing our part here to make it happen to be together again. I'm not a person who just sit my ### and not doing anything.

R&A, Lancaster Cali huh? I spent 5 years there :) I am about 10 days behind you and understand your feelings. Don't let anyone say you are "just the beneficiary". That kind of elitism is not right and very insulting. I'm sorry that happened.
