March 2015 K-1 Filers

I noticed the big difference as well. I am happy for those folks, they have been waiting for a long time. Maybe they are having the CSC folks help without offically sending the cases to CSC.

From the transfer threads, TSC is supposed to have hired more adjudicators - maybe they have?

But the good thing for TSC (better if they finish their 2014 cases quicker...) is that they send their approved cases to NVC immediately and notify the petitioner when it is sent. I am now learning that CSC takes longer to forward approved cases AND they will not notify when the case is being transferred. I was told when I called USCIS that I need to wait 90 days before calling them and asking them if my petition was transferred.

Really? Um........let me shut my mouth before I forget that I fear God.....^(*^^&*&%^%(*&(&^%#*@^@^#)#$&$ Okay, there...

Anyways, I agree, I hope TSC gets faster and more efficient and gets all the CSC filers envious! Go Tejas!

That's what I was wondering too. And yes, good for them! :)

Wow, have you guys noticed how many more TSC K1s have gone NOA2 this week? Like 27 compared to 4 from CSC.

Is there a place on VJ where they list number of notices getting NOA2?

Yes, if you go to Immigration timelines and click the left arrow on the NOA2 column, it will list them in date order starting with the most recent. Then looking over at service center you can see that a lot of the September TSC petitions went through to NOA2 status.

Hahah, hopefully the Cali folks just had a little break and will be back to normal speed next week! But, really, I AM happy for the TSC folks, it stinks for ANY of us to wait so long when we just want to know when we can plan our weddings!!!!

I will call NVC after the 24th and see what happens. Some have said that they've called and while they couldn't get their case number, they could confirm that the case was received and being pre-sorted.

I will try to avoid calling USCIS, since my question of "Has my case been transferred?" is not included on the answer script!

I really thought the nvc stage is the easiest part of thr process. I was proved wrong. But the stress of not knowing where your case file's at is harder. You won't even have peace of mind even if a rep told you that your file is already in the nvc bldg. Lol pre sorting can't take 4 weeks or am i wrong about this too?

From how I take it is the time from when our petition's enter into the NVC door to when the NVC has your case number. Since K-1's don't hang out in the NVC stage for too long, it probably consist of opening it, looking at which consulate it goes to, inputs info into the system, then DHL it...
