you will probably wait till end of year :S ...TSC has still a back log :(

I don't think it is a backlog to the end of the year for TSC. Although anything can happen, September is probably a more realistic possibly. I think actual January cases have been started to be approved and if so, our TSC folks are closing in at the end of their NOA2 wait. Depending on how fast the embassy can be, our TSC friends may have their fiancées stateside by or close to the end of the year....unless your Kabul...

Anyone know what month TSC is really at? Are they on January or February?

Thats so funny. My fiancee's interview is Wednesday. She is asking me this morning how much stuff to bring. I told her to bring ALL of the stuff I sent her. She replied that someone told her that they only want to see what they asked for.

My reply to her was, A) Better to have more documents than not enough, B) If they ask for something, you have it in that 4 pounds of documents, and, C) There's something intimidating about 4 pounds of documents stacked 4 inches high that probably tells them you have your act together and anything they may want to throw at you is probably in those 4 file folders she has. :)

Hehe. You're right. There is nothing wrong about bringing a lot of proof of relationship. Just have her organize everything, or put labels on the documents. Inside the embassy they will give a pc of paper which lists down the documents they will initially ask for at the window of the filipino consul... i'll look for that paper and upload it so you have an idea. And goodluck!

ImmiFairy shows Feb hasn't really started yet. It's more January right now.

But immifairy has shown a handful of March cases being approved, also. It could be a way to balance out the processing times, but it's progress. I'm hopeful that we will hear something by the end of August or the middle of September.

I thought the medical was good for one year, but the visa was only good for six months. It's that medical report that you will use for AOS, but if it's over a year old, you need to visit another civil surgeon. If you are in AP for very long, you may need another medical, but I don't think you need another medical if you wait to come to the US on the sixth month of validity.

Whaaat? Some TSC folks filed with us an no one joined our thread to tell us? Those must be expedite cases or maybe the data is wrong? That really surprises me actually, but I hope that is the case. I hope August passes by fast...
