Got frustrated of what happened to our case. Our immigration lawyer got our return packet because of the boxes that need to be check. The criminal backrground check.Either yes or no.We waited for about 23 days since we got the NOA1 then now we got this... I hope it will be okay soon. I hope you guys also check your packet before you send it.

I thought the nvc does the background check..his mom looked over our I-129f ..she's a lawyer ..she said nothing is missing. well we'll see ..

thats our lawyer told us, they return our packet because of that issue :( its so much frustrating... I keep on prayin that they will fix as soon as possible

the background check is just for the us citizens right? I've to show mine at the embassy in Frankfurt on the interview and before this getting my vaccinations who are missing yet ? & then has he to send me his support of affidavit or how it's called ^^ but that'll be next month cause he's still in Afghanistan

If the lawyer did it they shouldn't forget that part. At least ur at CSC. Good luck!!!

Background check is for both of u that's theres 2 G325A for background check you sent in two passport style photos that's I what I think?

the box that need to check is on i129f form... i think that was on the 4th page

Affidavit is support needed your original signature u need that before the interview so it wii a while I think the vaccination once u did ur medical exam they can give to u eventhough u don't a have a record of that I think?
