Thanks for sharing!! Ironic that DoS has issued a statement about the glitch, but USCIS, is like "Okay, we know we are imbalanced, so we will work newer cases first, and get to the older ones when we catch up!" Shoot, they've been having a glitch!

erm you don't need to pay to fill out the ds160 its the visa fee which is the one you need to pay. it would be best for you to hop to the regional discussion as each country / usem has different process during this stage goodluck!

Correct, call your bank and tell them to allow the transaction.

Well it is a MasterCard ..a prepaid one ...

If your first debit card transaction is denied, please do not attempt a second transaction before checking your bank statement to make sure your account wasn't debited. Please e-mail us a copy of your bank statement and the last 4 digits of the debit card you used for the transaction in case your bank account was debited.

Well it is a MasterCard ..a prepaid one ...

I really don't know about that. In the Philippines the transaction is made in person at a bank.

Tomorrow and Wednesday are the nervous days for us.... It's medical time. Don't think I'll get much sleep tonight. LOL Pray for a good result for both of my girls.

Why are you nervous bout the medical? ^^ I assume both aren't deadly sick so everything should be fine =)

Daughter was diagnosed in the province with a primary infection back in october and was only on meds for 4 months and no xrays are available. So, I am bracing for a 2 month sputum and possibly 6 month DOT.

Ya, I am hoping there has been enough time for her lungs to heal to get approval with just xrays. If not poor girl, 5 years old having to provide sputum. I'm crossing fingers and toes.
