Yeah, there is definitely a problem with the system. One problem on the 9th, which caused visas to wait, and then this one from today:

my visa was issued on the 9th of June and I recieved the visa and passport yesterday. Maybe its only some?

Does anybody know where I have to look for the costs of the DS-160 & in general payment information?

its 240$ For scheduling the interview and ds-160 ? i cant seem to find the page either. But thats what i paid ?

sabrina do you have youre NVC number yet? If not then you need to wait. you need the NVC case number for the ds160

Oh year for a while now already got package 3 as well ?. Just the question when the right time is to submit it?. Ehm and how's that with the adress of my fiancé..i typed it the german way so street then number..instead of number then streetname lol. Didn't submit it yet but will do soon.

i submitted mine as soon as it said my case was at the embassy at ceac tracker. So go ahead and do it! I dont know if its the same in germany, but after filling out ds160 i could book my interview date. So thr sooner thr better ?

Hopefully, although the article said it's 'worldwide'. I haven't seen USEM comments from Manila either. Since our ceac account was updated on June 9th, I am wondering if our case was affected at all.

The article says they can't print any visas unless they were able to perform the biometric/background check. So if your check was done before the 'issue' on June 9th, then maybe that is why they were able to issue yours out. But we will see if anyone else from our group is affected - hopefully not!!! Keep us posted guys!!!

So I found out what to chose..now my question..it says when I'm paying it I have to chose a Interview date is that correct? Cause I still have to send the other stuff back (currently still waiting on it)
