BAD NEWS FOR 129F!

The quarterly data is out from the USCIS and here is what it says http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/USCIS/Resources/Reports%20and%20Studies/Immigration%20Forms%20Data/All%20Form%20Types/all_forms_performancedata_fy2015_qtr2.pdf

Applications Approved Denied Pending Apparent Processing Rate

Jan-Mar 2015 12,175 9,952 1,684 19,799 11,636 Down 15% from previous quarter

Oct-Dec 2014 11,230 11,768 1,933 18,506 13,701

Jul-Sept 2014 11,596 11,223 1,749 19,551 12,972

Apr-Jun 2014 12,856 9,175 1,524 20,111 10,699

Jan-Mar 2014 12,787 8,920 3,302 16,430 12,222

The processing rate of applications went down 15% from the previous quarter. That is very bad. The so called "help" in shifting applications is not apparent in this report so who knows the impact from that

Good news is the drop in applications in October-Dec is real but not remarkable from the previous quarter. Application were up in the last quarter, but how many were TSC vs. CSC?

I am hanging in there with my prediction for me in August, but now I need to get lucky to see approval then. I see signs of improving rate, but I have limited data from the VJ sample.

Good Luck to all in the Black Hole

WOW! I can see what you mean by a small VJ sample! Gosh, what is that, 8% if you don't remove the greyed out people? I would have expected that the pending would be a "roll-forward" product (Col D + Col A - Col B = Col D for next row up). So I'm assuming Col A is 'new' applications, right? I think you got this from the USCIS site, but what this tells me is that either there is data that is hidden in this chart or management is really, really screwed up!

So, look, the service centers (collectively) have been able to roughly process the majority of the petitions they receive that quarter (12,175 - 9,952 - 1,684 = 539) then the imbalance should be more apparent to USCIS management...which I'm sure it is. Really? We here on VJ know how many of those 19,799 are in TSC and they decided not to transfer at least half to CSC to work the older cases first?

Edit: Footnote 2 - The number of new forms received and entered into a case-tracking system during the reporting period

CONGRATS!!!!

When did you log into the system to see the available interview dates??? were there a lot of dates available?? did you call medical ? are they busy also???

Well, only less than a week left for a visa interview :) So..

And yeah, there were a lot of dates available (we logged in yesterday to see the available dates), one date was even the next day. Its just my boyfriend can't do anything before 10-11 of June, so yeah.

And Medical center wasn't really busy too, I recommend to do it though very soon

Finally we got our NOA2!

After 43 days of waiting after recieving needed documentation for an RFE, CSC finally approved our petition.

Now we can make plans and move forward. Seems from other timelines, its about 6 weeks from NOA2 to visa in hand for applications at the Manila Embassy and about 2 weeks after that for POE - if all goes well.

However, one valuable lesson has been not to bank on the timelines of others as every case is different.

Now the wait for case number at NVC, schedule medical exam and interview. In the meantime, I need to begin gathering all of the needed documents for her interview and get them off to her by DHL.

Congratulations :-)

My case says it is READY and am crying now because everyone I asked for help here and God has been good to me.

My fiancé is ready with all his docs and just waiting for my supporting docs.

Thanks again to you all.

So, I just filled out the Visa applications for Daisy and her daughter and saw that I mis-spelled the city of birth. It's Calapan and I spelled it accidentally Calaan. I'm just going to leave it and let it be corrected if necessary at the Embassy since you can't modify the application, only cancel and reapply. What a boneheaded move on my part. LOL

OK so, I recreated the visa application for Daisy, but now I'm questioning the K2 application... This is for anyone that filled out the K2 visa application. It is asking for Fiance` information.... Is the does not apply as she is a minor or is that my information?

Ceac site now says status issued!!!! Hooray!!! So now we're in moving mode organising what we're bringing and what we're leaving. If course I want to bring everything lol. The furniture here is so pretty but it's way too expensive to ship, so we have to divvy it up amongst the family until we get settled. And evidently from what I can gather with my limited Darija, we're having a big party on Saturday. Oh dear, I'm rather a shy type and don't do well with a lot of attention. ack!!!

Hope everything is moving along well for everyone!!! Thank you for all of your kind words and support, it feels like we're a mini family here on the March board! ❤❤❤
