My data for Igor's list is showing some acceleration. My data since I filed in March estimates 152 Igor Lists were approved in March, 158 in April and 180 in May. My average has been about 162 per month for the time frame of March 5-May 30.

I am hoping an acceleration in TSC with less applications in Nov-March actually speeds the waiting days up. Again this is Igor data and its constantly changing. I am hopeful we drop below 200 days for TSC waiting but we will see.

I can't believe they didn't transfer all the November and December TSC cases to CSC. I understand that there was a huge snaffo that CSC did after they received the transfer, but if CSC transferred those cases to the right place, they would have been processed within the 5 month goal. I wonder if that has any bearing on their decision on how to treat this year's 'transfer'. But like you said, if their reports showed less cases in November through March, maybe they had a forecasted date they are working towards. I tell you, the transfer that I read about last year was absolutely a nightmare! TSC seemed to transfer all the cases that were about to hit a 5+ month waiting mark (I think the April and May 2014 cases), and then CSC approved them within weeks, but then after the approval, it took the petitioners about 4 months to get the cases back on track! Could you imagine? Waiting for so long, thinking you are on the fast-track, only to get derailed? I think that's why they only started forwarding new cases to CSC - to streamline the process and avoid errors, but you can't just fix the reason why that happened to begin with?

Well, they may be finishing up on the October 2014 cases, so hopefully start the November 2014 cases this month? Was October an estimated 'big' month for TSC filers?

Did that on May 18th and on May 19th it was delivered. But embassy says that they do not have it :(

I wanted to paste the body of the email I received from our embassy today. This one was A LOT more helpful and others in the future may experience this too:

Normally it takes 4-6 weeks from the date we receive file at Embassy mail room to receive at consular section and enter into our systems. If you have information that the embassy has received the shipment on May 4, 2015, there are chances that we will receive your fiancée’s application till June 15, 2015. We hope your fiancée’s appointment will be schedule in July. You will be contacted with appointment details as soon as we receive his case at post. We appreciate your patience in this regard.

The first one said:

Our records indicate that we have received electronic records of your fiancée’s application at post. However, we are still waiting for physical file to arrive. We will schedule his interview and the appointment notification will be email to you at the provided address in the petition. Unfortunately, you have schedule your fiancée’s appointment under non-immigrant visa data base. However, your fiancée’s application is an immigration. Please wait till we receive physical file and schedule his appointment. We appreciate your patience in this regard.

So the end of the story is that if your embassy says they have not received it, and CEAC.GOV and DHL tracking documents say it arrived, there may be more to the story. They probably received it, but it's on in their unit yet. I just figured the mail was so bad in Afghanistan, that it takes a month to deliver an article in the same building! LOL! This last message put us at ease - now I can go enjoy my chill pill until July!

Wow. Thank you so much!

I guess 2 more weeks for me to wait. Haha.Which is unfortunate because we were hoping to have an interview on the 10th of June or around that time since we already did our Medical Exam. I thought everything will be as fast as USCIS. However, I guess this is not the case.

And Russian post is bad, not only its slow but it also loses a lot of stuff too, so that's why I am concerned.

Am so sorry, it seems like NVC is delayed nowadays. :(

It also took 4 weeks for me to move forward with the process as my case file was also stuck at the NVC phase after NOA2. The whole K1 process really tests the patience of a person. Hang in there. And goodluck!

Unfortunately, the whole "work transfer" that USCIS announced back in early March was not what we all thought it would be. Turns out, they are randomly forwarding cases from states that would have gone to TSC to CSC instead. While I think the majority of new cases are going to CSC, not all of them are.

It's going to be a dumpy ride - I'm sorry. But I check the Igor List frequently, and TSC seems to be approving about 6 K-1 petitions a week whereas before, it was barely moving. I think they are getting their act in gear, but still doesn't compare to the awful discrepancy.

Btw, I love your username!! Do you speak Spanish fluently?

Thanks for the reply, So I guess the case usually stays where it is at? ITS SO FRUSTRATING, ARGHH!! I am glad to here other people's cases are flying through CSC and its pathetic the TSC is so sluggish.

Btw yes I can speak spanish fluently, I came up with the nickname back in high school, I thought i was clever back then lol.
